The ATN PS-31 Binocular Night Vision Device (BNVD) is a compact dual-tube goggle designed to replace the legacy ATN PS-15. Built to reduce head-borne weight while improving operator situational awareness, the PS-31 supports binocular or monocular use through independently pivoting tube housings. The system also features auto gain-capable tube operation for brightness control as lighting conditions change. When stowed, the pivoting housings can be flattened against the front of the helmet for a lower profile and improved equipment handling.
