I am a huge huge fan...
I am a huge huge fan of the Beretta 92 platform and the M9A3 is absolutely amazing! I took it out right away and put a couple hundred rounds through it with no issues, of course. I absolutely loved the G decocker only feature. The firearm has impeccable fit and finish, and is my "new" favorite!!! Buds was great as usual.

The M9A3 is probably...
The M9A3 is probably the premiere combat handgun on the market today. If the SHTF this is the sidearm I'd be taking with me. It looks and feels like a high end 1911. I took it to the range without cleaning, because I believe if a gun can't function out of the box it's not worth keeping. If I buy a drill I don't need to drill 200 holes before it functions properly, so why should a firearm be any different? This gun just works. I put 100 rounds of 124g Winchester NATO through it without a hitch. The M9A3 comes Standard with front and rear night sights as well as three 17 round magazines and a really cool ammo can case. This is the Italian made 'G' version, which is the decocker only model. If you've read this far my advice is to take the plunge. I handled all of the entrants from the XM17 military trials and while this was not officially in the competition it blows all of the entries out of the water.
