A: William, with the barrel length, you will get function results with 124grain bullet max. This is not to say 147grain won't work but, the lower grains will be more optimized due to the barrel length. Most manufacturers state this as well for their short barrel semi-auto's. Also, yes, the Galloway upgrades(Striker Guide/ Stainless Steel Guide Rod Assembly will increase reliability/performance.

A: Have you tried other ammo and/or cleaned it thoroughly? If something is really out of spec then Beretta should be accountable and help fix it if you call and get them involved. I always always always prefer to spend the extra dollar upfront to avoid the problems later, very big fan of the P365 I carry all the time.

A: William, Yea these micros have issues. Several range buddies that have the Nano have many ammo related issues. Very picky. They seem to work with the hottest ammo. If your not happy send it back to Beretta.
