A: The only difference i could find is the more expensive model has nickel plated trigger components, which will make them more resistant to wear and corrosion, but to be honest I've never seen trigger components wear out on any pistol, so this really seems like an unnecessary upgrade to me, but it will look nice.

A: David, the difference is the TP9SA has a decocker on the slide (black button in front of the rear sight) and the TP9SF does not have this decocker. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Ryan, unfortunately it is a Right Hand Model but does have a Reversible Magazine Release and Interchangeable Back straps for grip comfort for different sized hands. Cheers and stay safe!

A: This has a reversable magazine release but the slide stop/release is only on the left side. So this shouldn't be too hard for a left handed person to manipulate. Know caniks are great pistols. Hope this helps.

A: Yes, +p ammunition is perfectly fine in this also but again manufacturers always recommend limited use. If you're trying to choose between this or the smith and Wesson I'd personally go with the canik, for the price they're extremely hard to beat. Hope this helps.
