Built on the Mk57 platform, the CMMG BANSHEE Mk57 is a semi-auto AR pistol chambered in 5.7x28mm for close-range personal defense. It uses a radial delayed blowback operating system and features an 8-inch barrel to get the most from the 5.7x28mm cartridge, along with a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle for compatible suppressors and compensators. Magazine-fed and FN Five-seveN pattern compatible, it also carries conventional AR-style functions like last round bolt hold open.
