A: Hi Mitchell, The SP-01 has full dust cover and larger beavertail. It also has a better trigger and night sights. If wanted to shoot competition, USPSA Production specifically, I would go with the SP01 just for range shooting go with the 75B

A: Mitchell, Along with the slide covering the barrel (full dust cover) and more sweeping improved beaver tail for higher grip. SP-01 also has accessory rail and checkering on front and back of the rubber grip and SP-01 is a tad heavier. 75B has the plastic grip panels and smooth front and back. SP-01 comes standard with Meprolight night sights that are easy to use. Both amazing feeling firearms.
