A: Mark, this model does not have a "Decocker" and can be carried "Cocked & Locked".

A: This is the "selective fire" model that can be manually de-cocked (no de-cocker) and carried in DA mode for the first shot or cocked and safety applied. It is a custom pistol designed for USPSA Production Division. It is made by Angus Hobdell's Custom shop just down the street from where I live here in Mesa, Az. The action and trigger are totally worked over.

A: it will depend on what you are going to customize I suggest that you shoot it enough in the stock configuration to know it is 100% reliable then do one mod or customization at a time verifying that the gun function is still 100% before the next change

A: Douglas, depends on your modifications. Most issues arise out of too much "Slide Weight" added by certain accessories they may throw your balanced cycling off. Frame mods have less effect so just pay attention to your slide and you should be fine.

A: according to CZ it will work on all SP-01s except the SP01 Phantom "The Kadet conversion kit will work on the CZ 75 full-size and compact models including the 75, 85, SP-01, 75 Compact, P-01, P-06, and PCR, but note that the full-size magazines will extend out of the bottom of the shorter grips on these models. The Kadet conversion will not work on the 97, 75 TS, 2075 RAMI, SP-01 Phantom, P-07 or P-09 models." I would verify this with CZ. A: It will work with the "race hammer" that was installed. If you get light strikes with the Kadet Kit replace the 13 pound hammer spring with a 15.
