I did a lot of...
I did a lot of research before settling on this lovely thing. It fits my hands like it was made for it, shoots like a dream, and I even picked up a cheap, sturdily-made aluminum optic plate on Amazon for 1/4 of the price CZ was asking. The gun is great, eats steel-cased MagTech all day long, and I can juuuust barely co-witness through the Holosun I put on it. I had two issues with the gun when I first got it: 1) The slide lock is impossible stiff, and it took two thumbs to disengage the slide. I've put about 400 rounds through it so far, and the slide lock has really loosened up, so I can activate it with one thumb, but it's still a little stiff so far. 2) Sometimes when I slam a mag home, the slide releases. It used to happen more or less every time, but now it's more like every 3rd or 4th time, so I'm hoping maybe that's something that will work itself out, too. Other than those two things, I love this gun right out of the box. I may do some tinkering down the road, but for now, I'm just enjoying the novelty.
