A: Stephen, the Gen4 is +P rated however, with the short barrel, the additional muzzle blast and flip is not worth the delay in target re-acquisition. There is less gain in feet per second as opposed to longer barrels. Just use a reliable expanding bullet and be more accurate in shot placement.

A: Michael, No slide lock. The firearm does not lock open after last round. Eject empty magazine, insert loaded magazine and rack slide to reload. Have a buddy that carries this firearm in the pocket of his work overalls.
