A: Lately I have heard that Buds will remove a magazine if that is the ONLY reason that a gun is not State compliant the biggest issue is I can not find a 10 round magazine to fit this gun ATI/GSG does not list one. to go ahead with buying one you will need to Contact customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

A: Jermaine - I spoke to a Buds customer service rep who informed me that if the large capacity magazine is the ONLY issue that prevents one from buying a firearm, call Buds and ask them to remove the magazine from the box. The buyer can then purchase their own compliant magazine(s). Call Buds and request they remove the magazine(s) for you, so you can buy the firearm. Call 859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) I did not, however, see this pistol on the MD approved Handgun roster. The only GSG pistols on the roster are .22 caliber pistols. I suggest you consult a local FFL to see if this pistol is allowed to be sold in Maryland before you contact Buds. .
