Excellent pistol that...
Excellent pistol that solves the two major problems with the 3rd Gen Glock 17, grip texture and plastic sights. With the RTF2 grip and the metal sights this gun is as perfect as a Glock 17 can be. Highly recommended.

I bought this pistol...
I bought this pistol because I love the RTF2 gip texture. I wish it was the standard grip on all Glock pistols. That said, I don't see any advantage to the Vickers parts included with the pistol. I actually prefer the original slide release lever, and the mag bottoms do nothing for me. Being left handed, I also don't need an extended mag release. I sand/file down the factory button as it is. The Wilson sights are very nice! But, of the eight Glock pistols that I now own, this one with the Wilson sights, is the only one that shoots low for me. All the time! Six to seven inches low at 30 ft. I need to cover the target completely with the front sight blade, and even hold higher than "center of mass". I am now looking at getting a lower front sight to bring my groups up. So why the high rating? Because of the greatest grip texture of all time! The RTF2 grip. I am considering getting a G19 Vickers just for the grip. By the way, the parts (Vickers parts) are not installed when you get the pistol. Fine with me. Glock got it right all by themselves. The Wilson sights are installed though.
