A: This design requires a trigger pull to both coc k and trip the hammer/striker for every single shot, unlike a DA/SA, which only requires a double-action trigger pull for the first shot (or a typical DA/SA revolver, which can fire single action any time the user wishes, but uses double-action as a default).

A: Kelven, the listing is in error. This is a "Striker Fired" "Double Action" pistol and not a "Double Action Only" Pistol.

A: Its a striker fired gun its like every other glock the trigger pull retracts the firing pin and releases it to strike the primer (IE double action) some strike fired guns the firing is is already back (under spring tension) and the trigger pull just releases it to go forward to strike the firing pin then the action of the slide pulls the firing pin back into the under tension ready position
