The IWI 941-FS9 has got to be one of the best dollar-value pistols available today. We own a CZ-75 Compact and in direct comparison, the 941 certainly holds its own. It seems IMI/IWI have taken the best qualities of the CZ and have added their own little upgrades. The 941 is a well-fitted, well-finished firearm with a heft and balance well-suited for accuracy and control. When we ordered from Buds, the customer service could not have been better. Everybody knows Buds "sits" on your money for about a week if you order via ACH from your account, but you should read up on "30-day" and "3-day" payables in business; this is a common practice. We were overjoyed when we discovered we'd received a pre-2020 pistol; ours had the chrome/moly polygonal barrel and subsequent emails from IWI confirmed it was received in the states in June, 2021!!! A real bonus, and first shooting session fulfilled all our hopes. One negative note, though, in that BOTH of the magazines with it failed immediately; FTE, stovepipe and failure to feed. I understand this has been a years-long issue and no idea why IWI would hazard the reputation of such a fine pistol over substandard mags. Resign yourself to a half dozen or so Mec-Gar 17-rounders. Regrettably, four stars for such a deficiency in the package, but we would gladly buy it all over again. And we'd buy it from Buds….
