Great gun with a great purchasing experience as well, I've used the Kimber, staccato, atlas and prodigy magazines with this gun and they all have worked well. Absolutely beautiful firearm with a very smooth action cycles beautifully, first time I've owned an optic ready 1911 platform and I love it with the trijicon sro. Purchased with buds layaway to guarantee I was able to pick up this model at a good price, paid it all off in a week and a half and had it at my ffl 2 days after final payment. Great experience at buds overall.

Out of the box, the trigger is absolute garbage. The trigger weight varies shot to shot from over 10 lbs to under 3 lbs. It is completely unpredictable and inconsistent. Maybe I received a lemon, but for a gun with an MSRP over $2400, quality control should be much better.
