The CDS9 builds on the...
The CDS9 builds on the success of the previous micro 9 with a high end double stack micro that Kimber has finally broke the mold with a full ambi model including a swappable mag release. After 100 rounds of break in feeding and safety op started to mellow out. Holster availability is still low but that should improve over time. I have a buddy making a custom leather and have a kydex that just arrived in time for fall carry apparel. Shooting off hand rounds group at the 6 with mild recoil ( due to the heavier aluminum frame) the dual section recoil spring does its job correctly to further mitigate felt recoil.

As far as the pistol is concerned, it's a very compact comfortable gun. It fits me large hands well, and is very well made. The fit and finish are top notch and true to Kimber.
