The Nighthawk Custom GRP Recon is a 5 in .45 ACP 1911-style pistol built with all-steel construction and finished in an all-black Permakote. It features a traditional bushing barrel, front and rear cocking serrations, a GI-style guide rod and plug, and a commander hammer setup. Novak night sights support low-light aiming, while a single-side tactical manual safety and the classic 1911 grip safety provide familiar control feel and security.

Ordered the item on thursday and picked it up on monday. As for the gun, completely top of the line, the best pistol I have ever had the opportunity to fire, took it to the range today and ran 225 rounds without any issues whatsoever. I have had a Wilson CQB that I sold that was finnicky with ammo and a Springfield TRP that was flawless but definitely not in the same realm as a nighthawk, baer or wilson. Came with a surefire x300 light thats easy on and off the rail, 2 mags and a voucher for 6 mags for 100$ plus shipping. Overall I am very satisfied and glad I made the purchase. Buds price was without comparison the lowest of anyone on the net or locally.
