This Rock Island 1911...
This Rock Island 1911 handles Comfortably and Fires beautifully. Slides clean and the magazine also slides out cleanly. Seems to take other magazines of different makes very nicely. I've always enjoyed the 1911s and how powerful 45 ACP is. This 1911 is a very solid handgun and was reasonably priced.

Fit and finish were...
Fit and finish were excelent for what I was looking for. I ran a couple of mag full of rounds through it and it ran flawlessly with factory and my own reloads. Very happy with purchase.

Shoots very well but...
Shoots very well but the first round in the full factory mag will often jam. old Gi mags work well though. Barrel crown and threading could be finished better. I worry about suppressor alignment.
