I'd recommend a holster from crossbreedholsters.com or aliengearholsters.com . Just Google the website and type in shield plus 9mm. Any Shield Plus Holster will work. A: while 30 super recoil is less by the numbers, because it fires a lighter bullet it is not very much difference because30 super is faster than a standard 9mm. If you were blindfolded and someone handed you one I seriously doubt any of us could tell the recoil difference
