Performance Center refinements include a crisp, lightweight feel with tactile and audible reset, a PC-enhanced grip safety, and a tactile loaded chamber indicator so you can see and feel if a round is chambered. HI-VIZ LiteWave H3 Tritium/Litepipe sights help with visibility in changing light, while the ported barrel helps reduce muzzle flip for easier follow-up shots.

Excellent service from...
Excellent service from Buds. Delivered within 2 business days. Before buying the performance model I fired the standard model. The performance model is definitely and upgrade. I Love the sights, trigger. I thought the compensated barrel would be a problem seeing the front sight during rapid fire. It wasn't. So far this pistol has functioned flawlessly. Easy to shoot (comes right back on target during rapid fire drills). I was pleasantly surprised at the accuracy at 15-20 yds. It's also easy to clean. The EZ is much easer to rack then my M&P Shield 2.0. The grip safety is not and issue. Maybe because I have a lot of time with the 1911. The performance Center model is worth the extra expense. Hats off to Smith & Wesson for a really fine pistol.
