A: Pat, It is made/assembled in USA, but all parts are probably not. All assembly, custom work and repairs are done in Geneseo, Illinois, USA. Parts are made in various places across the world including, but not limited to, Brazil (most notably for some 1911-style firearms), Hungary and at various locations in the U.S. Actually the Springfield XD is made in Croatia, so no not all models are made in the United States. .....Have a great day sir!

A: it is doubtful that it will ever be on the CA DOJ approved list. EAA would have to produce a CA compliant version then submit it to CA and pay for testing then wait for CA approval for a Gun that most likely will not have many sales
