The Springfield Mod 2...
The Springfield Mod 2 in 9mm gives my Glock a run for the money. I have had a Glock 19 in the various Generations since the mid 80's. This pistol out of the box is nearly perfect for a stock pistol. Excellent Ergos, Trigger, Fit and Finish and the Fiber Optic sight is great, however I do prefer Night Sights, I will need to fix that at a later date. I am a pistol instructor and am amazed at how many of my students will pick this pistol to shoot over my Glock 19. This pistol has operated flawlessly for the 1st 1,000 rounds and I look forward to many years of shoot this pistol like I have my Glocks over the years. You will not be disappointed with the Springfield Mod 2, I still would like to have the XDm just because I don't don't have one. LOL
