Arrived with the tripod leg broken at the plastic where it connects to the center post. No damage to packaging material. Message sent to BTI Brands on their website. I'm not upset - stuff happens. Plus, the real test of any product is whether the manufacturer corrects the problem quickly and efficiently without stonewalling you against automated attendants and "expert forums." A test to see whether they respond quickly and efficiency. A test to see if they really care about customers and the products they sell. The ones that care should thrive! The ones that don't care always experience business failure. I will update this review when I hear back.
