The NcSTAR Ruger 10/22 Gen 2 see-through Picatinny receiver rail mount gives you a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny top rail while still letting you use the factory iron sights through the built-in sight channel. It installs on the Ruger 10/22 receiver using the pre-drilled holes and includes the necessary mounting hardware.
