Was exactly as represented. Light-weight alloy, perfect match for my howa long action. Easily sturdy enough to support my light weight TPS rings. Gun zero'd without even a bore sighting -- moved scope down the requisite 20moa and noticed bore appeared nearly perfectly aligned with scope view at 25 yards. First shot was within 5" of dead-center. I'd buy again.
