RCBS Hand Case Neck Turn Kit is a manual neck-turning tool designed to produce consistent case neck thickness by trimming brass from the outside of each case neck. A caliber-specific pilot/mandrel guides the cutter for controlled material removal, while the micrometer adjustment lets you dial in the target thickness in .0005 inch increments for repeatable neck tension preparation.
