Redding Universal Flash Hole Deburring Tool is designed to remove flash-hole burrs that can remain inside cartridge cases after manufacturing. By cleaning up the flash hole with controlled cutting depth, it helps promote more consistent ignition for handloaders working with standard .080in flash holes across .22 thru .338 caliber cases.
