Beautiful copy of the Colt model P! Fit finish and action are all on point and the revolver delivers pretty decent accuracy. Both the long colt and acp cylinders function perfectly though the LC cylinder seems to deliver the best accuracy. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

This particular one had some machining problems that made it difficult to reinstall the cylinder. I lost my temper and smashed it with a hammer and threw it in the garbage. I went to my local store where I could pick it up and look at it and bought that one.

The craftsmanship, smooth-action, and attention to every detail has made this most recent purchase of mine a fast favorite in my gun collection, thank you so much, Bud!! I have every imaginable, practical tactical gun know to man, and enjoy them all. However, the romance of a bygone era of the Cowboy has called to me for over 40 years. This gun answered the call.. Uberti makes this for Cimarron (as Uberti does for almost all other western-style revolver makers), but, from the exhaustive search I did looking at at the other "manufacturers", including Uberti, the Cimarron stood head and shoulders above the rest. Uberti builds these to Cimarron's specs. First and foremost, its action is smooth as silk and would rival the very best single-action revolvers made, ever. Second, the attention to detail is breathtaking. The case-hardened finish and blueing are absolutely stunning, and the wood grips are gorgeous, warm, and inviting. And, from a practical standpoint, having the duel cylinders in both 45 Colt and 45 ACP makes it ideal to shoot. Since cost of 45 Colt far exceeds 45 ACP it allows a shooter the opportunity to shoot all they like without breaking the bank. I put over 150 rounds through this gun on it's first range trip using both cylinders and it functioned flawlessly. And the overall cost of this gun is a great deal by itself, tough to beat! I cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful gun, thank you again, Bud!! I'm a customer for life.
