The Colt King Cobra...
The Colt King Cobra Target 22 that I bought from Bud's is superb in all regards. The sights were well regulated from the factory requiring only a minor windage adjustment. The trigger pull is a crisp 3 1/4 lbs in single action and a very smooth 8 lbs measured on a Lyman trigger gauge scale. The Colt has a polished finish that has no flaws. The gun has fired every brand of ammo I have run through it in both single and double action with no light strikes. Accuracy is outstanding. The service from Bud's was great and the gun was shipped very quickly. The price was the best I have found anywhere. I am more than pleased with their service. I did replace the rubber grips with wood ones from Altamont. The rubber grips are fine, but I wanted the pistol to handle like a King Cobra Target 357 I own, and I wish Colt would put wood grips on these superb firearms at the factory. Outstanding purchase in all regards.

This has become one of...
This has become one of my favorite .22lr revolvers (I am lucky enough to have many). It is quite a bit more slender than my S&W 617 but still holds 10 rounds. The trigger pull is nice in both single and double action. It has the appearance of a "mini Python" with the vent rib barrel. It shoots more accurately than I can hold and there are plenty of aftermarket grips available. I put a set of rosewood target grips on mine.
