Very happy with this...
Very happy with this revolver. First of all buying from Bud's is great fast shipping and website is easy to navigate and purchase from. The revolver is absolutely beautiful the fit and finish is really nice and most importantly the gun shoots very accurate. The grips are good looking but I'll probably replace them with something wider although I understand the slimmer gunfighter grips that Ruger uses are better for carrying the revolver. I have bought several other Ruger single action revolvers in the past and never have been disappointed in my purchases. Also the being able to load and shoot 10 rounds are nice.

The Ruger Single-Ten...
The Ruger Single-Ten is the best thought out .22LR. single action revolver made in the world. It has 10 shots not 6 like most competitors; It is way over built to center fire cartridge specs which will give generations of service making it heirloom worthy; The stainless steel, fit, feel, function, looks, & balance with the 5.5" barrel is all that I could want and the high visibility of the adjustable rear & front fire sights are quick to line up on. The only bad thing was the price (understandable as quality costs) and a sharp bur at one of the frame screw ports that I flicked off with my thumb nell. The best of everything in one package. Easiest 5 star rating I ever made.

Looks and feels good....
Looks and feels good. I love me SAA derived gun. I have 2 issues that bother me but may be nothing to anyone else. At least you will know prior to buying it where as I didn't. There is no half-cock position to load or unload the gun as basically every other SAA clone/design/derivative has. You just open the loading gate. This is more a semantics issue than anything. No biggie. Secondly, the detents when rotating the cylinder with the loading gate open, to remove the empty cases, do not line up in the correct position to use the ejector rod. This, is very bothersome to me because you have to forcibly hold the cylinder in an awkward position just before hitting the detent to run the ejector rod. If you miss the window and hit a detent, to bad got to go all the way around again for that chamber. It seems like someone just didn't give a FLYING FUDGE in the design process or because its a 10 shot the math just doesn't allow it to happen like every other SAA clone/design/derivative where the detent locates the cylinder in a position to eject the empty with the rod. Either way it gets old really fast. When loading, the detents are ok because they still fall within the loading gate area.
