I had in my heart a...
I had in my heart a deep desire to own a 44 magnum revolver with a scope, the hard part was determining which was best for me. Despite the less appealing look of the ruger super redhawk, I went with it because 1 it came with scope mounts didn't sit too far forward like many others of its class. 2, the cylinder is heavier and can handle heavier loads. And 3, the reviews on accuracy were very good. Talk of 2.5 inch groups at 100 yards? Count me in. I paired this beast with a crimson trace brush line pro 2.5-8. The trigger is a bit heavy on the single action side but a simple spring kit fixes it no problem. Gun ran well at the range and I look forward to using it this modern gun season.
