This is a large frame...
This is a large frame handgun, big & heavy. I bought a 6 3/4" and I'm satisfied with it, for what it is, but wouldn't buy it again. I wanted a lever action rifle chambered in the 454 but couldn't find one anywhere. If I had it to do over again I'd buy a competitive brand 44 Mag pistol and dedicated hard cast, gas-checked ammo. This Tauras is a quality pistol and the 454 Casull is a very powerful cartridge, just be certain it's what you really need.
