The Alexander Arms Tactical R-17TACTSP is an AR-15 styled semi-automatic rimfire rifle chambered in .17 HMR, built around a stainless fluted barrel and a blowback operating system. It features a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle with an A1 flash hider, a flat top upper for easy mounting, and a modular Transformer rail handguard for accessory customization. A Geissele SSA two-stage trigger and the B5 Systems SOPMOD BRAVO collapsible stock provide a controlled, comfortable shooting setup in a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish.

Bud's was fast to shop this gun. This little gem is a tack driver. It's well balanced and is comprised of quality components. I was hesitant to drop this kind of coin on a .17 hmr but I have regrets now that I own it. I've had about 1/2 dozen friends shoot it, and they all fell in love with it. I called Alexander Arms about ammo selection, and they said it was more or less designed around Hornady 17gr vmax. They were right, this gun shoots it well.
