wasnt sure what i was...
wasnt sure what i was getting as this was bought on-line after a little research. But wow i am so impressed, this rifle shoots most all ammo at MOA. and several brands sub-MOA. It loves Hornady 147 ELD-m .shoots it in one ragged hole 5 rounds 3/8in. at 100yrds. Fit and finish are excellent !!!!! All my buddy love it too. My new favorite gun.

First let me say that...
First let me say that Buds Guns has always been excellent to buy from both in price and shipping and so forth. That being said I recently purchased a Bergara Highlander in 6.5 creedmore. I loaded some hand loads and went out to break in the barrel.Out of the first 20 shots I had 5 misfires.I went back to the house and took the bolt apart and cleaned. Back to the range.On the first 6 shots I got 2 misfires.looking at the primers it appears that the firing pin is not striking the primer well enough.I called Bergara and was told that I needed to take a piece of emery cloth and use it to smooth the firing pin.so i did.Back to the range.I shot 10 rounds before it misfired again.I called Bergara again and they are supposed to be sending me a new firing pin spring.That was over a week ago and I do not have the spring yet.This is not a cheap rifle and this kind of stuff should not happen.To be fair this rifle like the other Bergaras Ive owned is very accurate.If I do my part this is a half inch moa rifle.But what difference does that make if it dosent go off.
