The Black Rain Ordnance Spec15 Shadow is a semi-automatic AR-15 style rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO. It is built on a carbine length direct impingement gas system with a 16 inch 4150 chromoly steel barrel and a nitride coated Spec15 bolt carrier group that is high pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected. The rifle comes with an A2 flash hider and a 12 inch M-LOK hybrid handguard for mounting accessories, plus a Mission First Tactical Minimalist buttstock for lightweight, secure shouldering with an Engage 15 degree cheek angle.

I was in the market...
I was in the market for yet another AR. After a couple months of researching, I decided to purchase the BRO. I have several AR's that are more expensive. But not better rifles. This is a great Mid...
This is a great Mid tier AR, it's a tack driver! It's super fun to shoot and train with. Free float barrel is great, they do recommend "seasoning" the barrel on all BRO rifles, takes a bit of time but hey if it helps it have more accurate shots why not.Can't go wrong with this rifle!
