Review: Cimarron Uberti 1894 Short Rifle (.30-30 Win, 20" Octagonal Barrel, Color Case Hardened) The fit and finish on this rifle are exceptional. The color case-hardened receiver and blued octagonal barrel give it a classic look, while the walnut stock is well-fitted and nicely finished. The lever action cycles smoothly, and the trigger pull is crisp. Though I haven't shot it yet, the build quality suggests it will perform well. A beautifully crafted lever gun with great balance and attention to detail.
