A: Eric, this is California compliant. Bolt actions don't have the same restrictions as semi automatics. Know buds website sometimes acts as if a firearm isn't compliant even if it is. I'd recommend contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or you can use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen.
