The Daniel Defense DDM4 V1 is a 5.56mm NATO AR-15 style rifle built around a cold hammer forged 16 inch M4 profile barrel with a carbine gas system. A 12 inch Picatinny quad rail gives a stable mounting platform for a weapon light or aiming device while maintaining a clear line of sight. Factory iron sights include a Daniel Defense forged front sight post and matching fixed rear sight. The independently ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle and ambidextrous sling attachment points make it comfortable for both left- and right-handed shooters.
