The DPMS Panther LR-308 Classic Tactical is a gas-operated AR-10 pattern semi-automatic rifle built for 7.62x51 NATO performance. It features a 20-inch heavy chrome-moly barrel with a 1:10 twist for reliable stabilization, factory iron sights with an A3-style flattop receiver, and a fixed A2-style Zytel stock.

This is a Great gun...
This is a Great gun for the price. Heavy and SOLID. The weight minimizes the recoil so its easy and a pleasure to shoot. Have not had a chance to make any long range shots yet, but I'm sure this weapon will have no trouble tearing out the black. Arrives in a plastic carry case as well.
