An absolutely lovely...
An absolutely lovely gun which will probably become a family heirloom. The price that Bud's gave was even more amazing seeing as it retails for about $900 pretty regularly. When I got the rifle, there was some tarnishing on the brass insert that holds your rounds in the tube, but that was easily handled with some Flitz polish and good-ol elbow grease. I had an issue with some scrapes/film issues with the brass on the butt of the gun, but Henry took care of me when I contacted them and sent pictures (I'd highly recommend buying the lifelong warranty). The rifle comes with a black cloth sleeve that you can slide over the brass around the receiver, which is comforting because I'm terrified to scratch the polished brass. Sights were spot-on when I went to the range and I haven't had to change anything about it. Plus, with the relative newness of 327 fed rounds, you can still find them online to get stocked up on ammo which is really nice, and for a pretty ordinary price too. Excellent gun, my pride and joy so far of my collection.
