A: Unfortunately no because all hipoint carbines come with a threaded barrel anymore. Sorry but hope this helps.

A: Artee, this is not NJ compliant due to the fact that it has a threaded barrel. Bud's will not ship unless it is NJ compliant as is. You're best bet would be to buy this locally, where the gun shop would pin/weld the thread protector to make it compliant. I see Hi-Point rifles in NJ gun shops all the time. Have a great day!
