I bought this rifle a...
I bought this rifle a few months ago and the stock was not installed correctly so I didn't accept it and sent it back. There were no more of them so I thought I was out of luck. But then these popped up. I bought one, and it is great. Nice figuring on the stock, and the barrel is actually threaded for 5/8-24 not 1/2-28 like my 30/06 Howa. The finish is really nice on the steel, and the magazine is very nice and feeds great. I love this gun. Its short action is specifically made to use these small cartridges without a block or some other cheater.The triggers are very nice too. I have three of these Howas now and they are all superb guns and extremely accurate. If not for the zippy bolts, they would be just about perfect no matter their low price. 😎👍
