A: you can use the beretta 17 round mag but not the Taurus magazine it is not compatible the mag catch on the Taurus is on the opposite side I own both 92 s (beretta and Taurus) and the mags do not interchange

A: Fredrick, Yes you can use a 17 round Beretta 92 mag. Mec-Gar also has 18 round magazines that work well. Part number MGPB9218AFC BUDs number 48932. Mec-Gar makes great magazines.
