I purchased this rifle...
I purchased this rifle for plinking and home protection, and I love this rifle. It is light, handles like a dream, and shoots with very little recoil. The only drawback to this rifle is the loading port. Loading is very stiff and the edges are rough around the inside edges. Loads and shoots both 357 Magnums and 38 Special ammo without any problems. It is quite accurate, and I have a Sightmark Macro red dot sight on an aftermarket picatinny rail. This optic makes this rifle higly accurate out to at least 50 yds. and more. Bud's made the purchase simple and at a great price too!

Great little carbine...
Great little carbine but not without quality control issues. I've had to return the first one due to barrel alignment issue, oversized and off-center front site dovetail, etc. The replacement carbine shoots and looks great.

Absolutely love this...
Absolutely love this gun! Fit and finish is great, sidegate is a little stiff but seems to get better with time. I have not shot 357 out of the gun only 38special that I reload and have not had a single issue after hundreds of rounds, cycles great and is very accurate. Highly recommend this gun to anyone wanting a lever action 357/38
