This rifle can shoot....
This rifle can shoot. I will say it again. This rifle can shoot! And not just shoot, but shoot great groups. This is my gun for group therapy. 30 yards is nothing. 50 yards is nothing. 70-75 great groups. At a 100 yards I can still shoot under an inch. I can shoot up to 3/4 inch groups at 100 depending on the ammo and wind conditions. The Accu-Trigger is easily adjustable, but it came perfectly to my liking from the factory. The colorful stock and stainless parts givesmy gun safe a different look from from having all those black guns. Actually, the stock is not as pink as it looks in the picture. I was worried that I was buying a pink gun. Haha. The thumbhole stock is soooo smooth and looks nice. The muzzle is crowned, which is a bonus. I added a Simmons 3-18x40 on it. The rifle comes with scope mounts. You can still add picatiny rails if you want. The fit and finish are great. I've shot over 700 rounds through it. It is a bolt action so you shouldn't encounter much issues. I had no issues at all, other than having to buy more ammo because it is fun to shoot. Haha. You can't go wrong with this rifle. I like that the from if the stock has vents to assist with cooling. And it looks nice. Great rifle!

Model Mark II BTVSS...
Model Mark II BTVSS (RJ) 25765. Rifle looks good out of the box. Trigger feels nice but sort of strange to use. But where's the tack driver? Best I can get is 7/8 inch groups at 50yd with Fed AutoMatch which shoots 1/2" or less (usually all touching) in my Rem 513-T. I'm not going to waste Wolf in it until I see it shoot better. Read this http://www.portercalls.com/savage_mark_ii_btvlss__22lr.htm the guy is about spot on despite some extraneous verbiage. This rifle is not even near bedded in the stock, the pillars to the receiver are free above the stock by about 1/4", barrel is free floating, what happened to their CNC machine? This thing would take some serious work to make it shoot, maybe. My 1958 Win 61 pump shoots better than this thing. The gun/stock is too light to shoot off the bench. Quality of manufacture is just OK, but it sure looks good. I may not keep it. It might take a pound of JB weld or Devcon to bed the thing properly. I'm pretty disappointed, at least it wasn't expensive. You get what you pay for it looks like in this case, I thought it would be much better than this.
