Picked up the rifle...
Picked up the rifle from the FFL. They are very slow to contact you when your package arrives, but the woman working the counter at Big R in Santa Fe is fantastic and very helpful. The rifle came packaged very well and everything was there as expected. Buds does a great job of giving you multiple opportunities to purchase firearms which is very convenient. The rifle was in great shape and was exactly what I wanted as displayed on their site. I haven't had a chance to head to the range, but I'm sure next week when I do I will not be dissapointed. Looks good for a mass...
Looks good for a mass produced low priced firearm. Shoots fine like my .223,.243 and .308 axis. I don't shoot cross country and this works just fine for the deer woods. This 30 06 makes better groups than my others. I use ammo I make for my Garand. The wood stock is a big step up from the plastic ones. Very happy with it and have already shot it a lot.
