You can buy a Tikka or...
You can buy a Tikka or a Winchester for less that is more accurate out of the box. The last couple of Wbys I bought cannot shoot less than 1 inch at 100 yards. If I reload for it I can make that happen but why should I when you're paying $2000 for a gun.
