The Windham Weaponry SRC is a gas-operated, semi-automatic AR-15 pattern rifle built around a 16 in chrome-lined 4150 chrome moly vanadium barrel for long wear and easier maintenance. The receiver is made from 7075 T6 aircraft aluminum with a durable black hard coat anodized finish, paired with an A2 flash suppressor and A2-style iron sights. For control and comfort, it features a 6-position telescoping buttstock and M4-style dual heatshield handguards, with Next G-1 Vista MOE stock and furniture options available by configuration.

This Windham was everything I expected when I took it to the range. Flawless operation, no ftf's or fte's, everything was snug with no rattle. Very well built firearm and I'm glad I got it. Bud's service was awesome as usual. You can go out and spend twice the amount on another brand, but the Windham quality and attention to detail will be just as good if not better.
