Lightweight and handy....
Lightweight and handy. I wouldn't want to shoot 3" or 3.5" loads in a 6.75 pound gun. All the mechanisms are very stiff: safety, barrel unlock, barrel movement. Using steel polish to wear in the foreend. The camo finish protects from weather and fingers. No more rusting blue from fingerprints! The rib slots are thinner than usual, maybe due to the camo finish. I plan to use rifle cartridge adapters in it. The first add-on sights I tried wouldn't fit. The Williams Fire Sight was okay because it clamps to the sides rather than using a plate that runs through. Hopefully, the added weight of the adapters (18" long) will tame recoil. Filling the hollow stock with dried beans or something to add weight may help, too. Choke tubes are one of the common types. I bought 2 sets. Should be great for partridge/grouse, pheasants, rabbits, etc.

I've put turkey loads,...
I've put turkey loads, bird shot, put in kicks high flyer chokes and shot lots of steel. This shotgun is awesome. It was very stiff to open at first. After several rounds it loosened up. If you are considering buying it, do it! It's a lot of fun
