I needed a semi-auto...
I needed a semi-auto 20 ga to add to my upland bird collection so thought I'd give this one a try and glad I did. After a complete dissemble and cleaning the gun runs great and I have yet to experience any issues with jamming. I would by again for sure if Buds runs another sale since my wife has pretty much took this one over lol.

I own several Tri-Star...
I own several Tri-Star shotguns in 28, 16, and 12 gauge and have never had a misfeed or jam, so I guess I've been lucky with Turkish guns. Are they as nice as the Brownings, Winchesters, Berettas, and Parkers I own? No. But for the difference in price you can buy plenty of shotgun shells to practice with. I'd say the Legacy Sports Pointer in 20 gauge is a step below Tri-Star in quality. It has a plastic trigger guard which I don't particularly like, but I've fired everything from 3 inch turkey loads, to light 1200 fps #8s and have yet to have it jam or fail to eject. Like any gas operated gun it needs to be run clean and well oiled. I liked the finish on the barrel and receiver, and the camo pattern of the forend and stock matched. As far as the patterns, it will not perform like a back-bored Caesar Guerini, but you will not cry like you would when you scrape the barrel's finish on barbed wire. If you buy one you might consider getting Bud's warranty for a few bucks more like I did, because according to my gunsmith you might have trouble getting replacement parts for this firearm if you ever need to.
