Q: Hi , will it hold 327 mag ?

A: Good evening to you!! Sorry but no the Bianchi speedloader for .38 Special -.357 magnum will not fit the .32 federal magnum. The rim of the 327 is .375" while the 357/38 base are .440". Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your night.

A: Hi Pete and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. The .327 base is too small and would not securely support the .327 which would just drop out of the speed loader slots.
